Capacity Grant Engagement and Rulemaking Process with OWEB and ODA

At this webinar, staff from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and Oregon Department of Agriculture will discuss the upcoming capacity grant engagement and rulemaking process. The presentation will have opportunities for participant questions, and include background on capacity grants, why the agencies are looking to initiate rulemaking, the planned schedule, opportunities to engage in the process, and key issues that are expected to come up through engagement and rulemaking.
