The Oregon Conservation and Recreation Fund (OCRF) was established this year to support projects aligned with the Oregon Conservation Strategy. Applications for the Advisory Committee that will advise on use of the Fund are now being accepted!
Background on OCRF:
OCRF was established in the 2019 legislative session (HB 2829) with $1 million in state funding promised if $1 million in private dollars is also obtained. ODFW is working with the Oregon Wildlife Foundation to meet that goal. This is a unique opportunity for all Oregonians to contribute to the goals of ODFW and the Oregon Conservation Strategy to protect and enhance the species and habitats that make Oregon home.
