Douglas Soil & Water Conservation District (DSWCD) is looking to contract an experienced grant writer.
Scope of Work: The contractor will be responsible for the development and submission of 1–3 grant applications annually. While DSWCD staff will provide the necessary project data and technical specifications, the contractor will be responsible for the authorship and structure of the application. A majority of these grants will be related to agricultural water quality.
Qualifications: Applicants must demonstrate successful experience with OWEB grant applications in particular. Experience with other federal and state natural resource grants is preferred but not required.
Terms: This is a contract position. Hourly rates or flat-fee-per-grant pricing are negotiable.
