A Primer for Financial Strategy in Times of Crisis

Session Description:

The current public health crisis has disrupted many nonprofits’ operations and funding sources, with longer-term impacts that remain unknown. Nonprofits, including land trusts and watershed councils, face immediate budget impacts and potential threats to sustainability. In this session, we summarize steps that organizational leaders can take to visualize a financial strategy to proactively address the impacts of the crisis.
